This is the highly respected and well known human sexuality performer who goes by the stage name "Effie". She is a close friend of another well known and highly respected performer known as "Granny Norma". They are both mentors of a whole new generation of grannies that they are focused on building. I have a LOT of respect for both of them. I think in fact that they are putting together a non-profit organization dedicated to the cause.
